　　My Sweater

　　My mother buys me a lot of clothes, among these clothes, I like the sweater which is knitted by my mother best. My mother is good at knitting sweater, she knits the sweater for me in the winter, I feel so warm when I put on it. I am so thankful to my mother, for she taking care of me all the time, I will return her love when I grow up.

　　我的妈妈给我买了很多的衣服，在这些衣服当中，我最喜欢妈妈给我织的那件毛衣。我的妈妈很擅长织毛衣，她在冬天给我织了那件毛衣，当我穿上那件毛衣的时候，会感觉到很暖和。我很感激我的妈妈，她一直在照顾着我，等我长大了，我要回报她的爱。

　　Dogs belong to the canine.

　　When a dog follows its nose, it's actually being led by thee key senses. Sight:a glimpse of the enemy saves them barking up the wrong tree. Sound: a bark can be a fierce threat, but it's also how canines make their long distance calls. Smell: this tells a dog more than all the other senses put together.

　　Inside its nose are around two hundred million smell sensitive cells, forty times more than in humans. Through them the dog's brain can pick up signals from one molecule of scent in a million. It gives the dog: a completely different picture of the world, based on what it smells, rather than what it sees.

　　Flowers are irrelevant to a dog. So their scent is meaningless. But food is a serious matter. What to us is an empty plate, is covered with the smell of chicken to a hungry dog.

　　狗属于犬科劝物。

　　当狗用鼻子嗅着前行时，实际上有三种感觉在起作用：视觉，瞥一眼就知道敌人在哪儿;听觉，犬吠有一种凶猛的威慑力，这也是犬科动物闽相互嗅寻的方式;嗅觉，能给狗提供的信息比其他感觉总和还多。

　　狗的鼻孔大约有2亿左右的嗅觉细胞——比人多40倍。通过这些细胞，它的大脑能从100万个气体分子中筛选出1个。根据所闻而不是所见的东西，展现给狗的是一个完全不同的画面。

　　花对狗来讲无足轻重，所以花香对狗无关紧要。可食物是件大事，对我们来说是一个空盘子，可对一只饥肠辘辘的狗来说却散发着鸡肉的.香味。

　　AHU saved my sister

　　My parents live in the country. They keep a dog called Ah Fu. One day my parents went to work in the fields taking my little sister and Ah Fu along. While they were wokring, my sister walked to a river nearby. Ah Fu followed her there. She was trying to pick a flower when she fell into the river. Ah Fu barked and jumped into the water immediately . When my parents heard Ah Fu barking they ran to the river. They saw Ah Fu swimming towards the bank carrying my little sister. My parents praised Ah Fu warmly. It was our brave Ah Fu who had saved my little sister.

　　我们父母住在乡村。他们养了一只狗，名叫阿虎。有一天父母带着妹妹和阿虎出去工作。父母一边工作，我的妹妹就沿河行走。阿虎跟着她。她试图捡起一朵花，但不幸落入了水中。阿虎狂叫着，并跳进了河中。当父母听见阿虎的叫声后，他们跑到了河边。他们看见阿虎正带着妹妹游向岸边。我的父母表扬了阿虎。我们的阿虎真勇敢，救了我的妹妹。

　　As is apparently revealed in the cartoon above, the sheep lives happily in an optimistic state of mind, ignoring the threat of a dark shade, because he believes that where there is shadow, there is sunshine①. What is conveyed in the picture is both positive and illuminating.

　　As far as the purpose of the drawer is concerned, I think he intends to remind us of the importance of optimism. If the sheep in the cartoon feels anxious and pessimistic about the dark shade all day long, he can by no means have a comfortable and happy life. Examples like this are numerous, but I think the following one will be convincing enough. If there is half a cup of water, the pessimist may cry over it because they have only a half, while② the optimist may cheer for it because they still have a half. Obviously, they will have different perceptions and feelings③ toward the same life.

　　There is no denying that , most optimists have a high happiness index, which can hardly be experienced by pessimists. Therefore, we must read our life with a positive attitude. What‘s more, the optimistic attitude can infect others strongly， meaning that we will find that all the friends around us are optimistic if we observe them in the same perspective. As a result, an atmosphere of optimism and happiness could be naturally set up. Therefore, let’s keep the famous line of Shelley, the well-known poet, in mind for ever， that is, “If winter comes, can spring be far behind？”④
